License Summary

Before purchasing or downloading any beat, sound kit, or sample pack from Forgotten Signal, please note:

  Nothing sold here is royalty-free.

  You are purchasing a license to use the sounds, not ownership.

  Commercial use requires royalty or split arrangements.
  
• 
  Reselling, sharing, or redistributing any sound, sample, or file is strictly prohibited.

  You must credit “Forgotten Signal” wherever the work is publicly released.
  

By completing a purchase, you agree to the full terms below.

1. Ownership

All beats, sound kits, and samples (“Products”) remain the sole property of Forgotten Signal (the “Licensor”).

Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use the material — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

2. License Terms

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your own musical compositions, videos, or creative projects, only as part of a mixed or completed work.

You may:

• 
  Use the licensed sounds within your own songs, instrumentals, or productions.
  
• 
  Monetize or distribute music created with the licensed sounds (subject to royalty terms below).
  

You may not:

• 
  Resell, redistribute, or share the sounds, samples, or stems — whether free or paid.
  
• 
  Upload, post, or include the sounds in any other sample library, kit, or product.
  
• 
  Use or distribute the raw sounds in isolation.
  

3. Royalties and Credit

All Products sold by Forgotten Signal are not royalty-free.

This means:

• 
  Any commercial release (including streaming, sale, or sync use) created using these Products requires a royalty split or licensing agreement with Forgotten Signal.
  
• 
  Unless otherwise negotiated, Forgotten Signal retains all publishing and master rights to the original compositions and samples.
  
• 
  You must credit “Forgotten Signal” in any public release or description of your work.

4. Refund Policy

Because all Products are delivered digitally, all sales are final.

Once files have been downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

5. Copyright Infringement

Forgotten Signal reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes upon these rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forgotten Signal is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of any Product.

Use all files at your own discretion and risk.

7. Updates to Terms

Forgotten Signal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of any Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
